Spanish or Mexican Grocery
Are there any Spanish/Mexican groceries around, that anyone would recommend?
Specifically, I am looking for some Chorizo sausage, I had gotten some from our SUPER Target, but it didn't quite taste right, for what I am trying to make.
Suggestions?

mroth,
I know of a couple of hispanic grocery stores that sell meats. I need to get their addresses for you from home, so I will post again later this evening after work.

I just looked through an Hola newspaper at La Napolera.....several ads for latin grocers. It's a free paper and found at libraries, restuarants, etc.

mroth,
here are a few options for ya,
Mi Tierra
5761 Beney Rd.
mexican carniceria
Los Paisas
9551 Old Baymeadows Rd.
carniceria (smaller than Mi Tierra)
and I saw an add for this next place but have not been to it:
Mi Pueblo
10769 Beach Blvd.
slogan of this place: "carniceria de la mejor calidad" which I think means they have the best quality meats
Hope this helps, let me know what you find!

There is a place like this in Orange Park. Its off Kingsley Ave... go down Kingsley, pass the Walgreens on left, the next light or street on left... if you go down its on the right.
Across from the Church.
