Default Looking for Right Jax Bch Condo
LA native (30-yrs) living in ATL considering second home/retirement place in Jax Bch. Understand and love urban beach vibe. While newer buildings (Costa Verano, Acquilla) are very nice the price is too high. Insight on Pelican Point, Waterford, Oceans 14 or other similar vintage property greatly appreciated. Can't decide on location - North Jax is equidistant to downtown and Atlantic Bch, which is nice, but south Jax is closer to PVB, which is nice as well.
