We had a new neighbor move in about two months ago into our apartment complex and like every new neighbor there is always the adjustment period. However this new tenant just keeps getting worse as the days go on.

As per the lease agreement, all motorcycles must be parked in the recreational vehicle area, as well as any cars that are not in use. Well our new neighbor has both of these items parked right up front.

Parking is very tight in our complex, and we do not have assigned parking spaces, but there is guest parking, which again is in the lease.

Just about every other night, this new neighbor has anywhere between three and six cars from various guests taking up every spot in front of the building. Again this could be over looked if maybe it was just on the weekend.

I work late in the evening and it would be nice to park somewhere near the front of the building because where our building is located we tend to get transients roaming through our area for shortcuts.

I don't know where I should start or who I should talk to first? I don't even know what kind of rights I have and if anything can even be done about any of this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Start with whom you have the lease with, go to the leasing office and voice your complaint. They should enforce the details in the lease agreement.

Yep, your apartment management office is the FIRST place you go for ANY issues with your apartment.
