Pumpkin Patches
Any good farms to go and pick some pumpkins? It doesn't have to be the most Sincere Pumpkin patch..... A regular one will do...

Mandarin United Methodist has one.
I am online right now looking to find a place to purchase Big Max pumpkins in quantity to bring down to sell. They are HUGE and I haven't seen any for sale here.

You might have to head into Palatka/Keystone/Spuds/Starke area to find a grower (farmland).
Here's a link I found online that might help:

Must be a northern thing...
We just moved here and have been looking all over as well. Didn't find anything. We are having apple cider donuts sent over-night from family up north. Now if I could just figure out how to put up a corn stalk maze in my backyard...
If you find anything please post!

Connor's A-Maiz-ing Mazes and more in Nassau county is a great outing. They have tractor rides, a huge corn maze, cider, and more. Check them out at the web site riveree mentioned above. It is about an hour from Jax and a little difficult to find but worth the trip. Make sure you check their daily events so you don't go on a day that is jam packed with people.

We were going to go here yesterday, but.... it turns out that they are closed on Sundays. (or so their website stated as I was getting directions). So... we may try to go this coming Saturday.

Hmmmm....how about go to Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, etc.
Oh, sorry. You meant in Jax.
Actually, every fall, near Chet's Creek Elementary School, they "truck in" pumpkins from all those other places listed above. They put on a pretty nice display. I think it goes for a few days. I am not sure if it is a church that sponsors it or not. It is on Hodges, between Butler (aka JTB or 202) and Beach Blvd. in late October. Not sure if they did it or not yet this year.
