Default 11 East Forysth apartments...

Anyone else live there? Im really starting to have some issues with this high-priced "Life of Luxury" apartment building. I moved from one apartment to another because I needed more space and they are trying to charge me 500.00 for painting 3 walls!!!! I dont know who to contact about this. I knew that there would of course be a cost to paint, I contacted the manager several times about price and no one got back with me. Should I contact the Property owners?

Is the painting fee for moving into a new unit or moving out of the old one? If it's the old one, did you paint the walls while living there.

If they are charging you $500 to paint the new one, there is nothing you can do if you already agreed to it. If they are charging you the money on your old one and you didn't paint the walls yourself it depends on what your lease says. If there isn't a painting or refurbishing fee of $500, they can't charge you for it or keep it out of your security deposit. Post more specifics and we will get you an answer.
