Have any of you used a vehicle shipping company to transport your car from one city to another? I have gone on a few websites and have been flooded with quotes from companies I have never heard of. Some are based out of the greater JAX area, and some other parts of FL.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Several years ago I bought an old muscle car (69 Plymouth 426 Hemi Cuda) from the St Charles IL. Mecum Auto Auction. and used Reliable Carriers Inc.
to get it down here. I was very happy with their service and commitment to get me my purchase quickly and safely.

Thanks Jimmy. I always prefer a recommendation rather than just picking someone out of a google search.

Please..please...PLEASE!!! Do your research on shipping companies before you choose one. (transportreviews.com) I used to be an account executive for a broker and I can tell you that majority of them are crooks, I left the company after 2 months because of that fact. If you want your vehicle shipped, use a company that has its own trucks to save yourself the headaches.

Bgrasser, do you mind if I ask roughly how much that transport (MA to FLA) costs? We're looking at moving from MA to FLA and will probably ship our cars. Thanks so much!
