Default flood zone information

For Duval county:
JaxGIS | Jacksonville Geographic Information System

-click on Duval Maps, brings up another window.
-either you give the address of the property or the name of the owner.
-select flood zone from the selection and hit 'refresh map'
-it brings up the flood zone info(make sure to scroll towards the right of your screen).

Thanks to mawipafl for the below info:
For the Ponte Vedra area (and St Johns County) you can try this link. It's not an intuitive site, but I think you might get the info you need about particular addresses and the flood zone they're in.

Click on this link
IMap

Then click Accept

On the iMap page there are three tabs: Search, Layers, Legend.
First go to Layers.
Click on the Flood Zone folder and check-mark all three choices.
Click Refresh Map.
Then go to the Search tab, click on Search for an Address.
Enter the address, then click on whatever shows up in the Search Result(s).

After the new map appears, you can click on the Legends tab to see what the codes mean.
