Screen enclosure cost? (home, neighborhood, construction)

We're toying with the idea of screening in the lanai that we get with our home being built, or just biting the bullet and having an enclosure built. Has anyone had that done recently who would be willing to share their approximate size/cost and any contractor recommendations? We'd be looking at somewhere in the neighborhood of 15x15 of the screened area (not counting existing lanai).

We just had our lanai done by Construction Specialties of North Fl. For an under wall, with a single door it came it around $1200. That was about 250 sq ft.
