I don't know enough about Jax to judge the map's accuracy, but it's kind of funny ("Gated Community Purgatory.")

I live where the tourists, rich people, and kayaks are.

My favorite unique neighborhoods of San Macro, Riverside & Avondale historic district, Springfield historic district and Downtown are a mix of:

Hipsters, gays, home renovators, bars, gentirifcation, condo yuppies, craft brews, artists, ladies who lunch, pretty houses, restaurnats, charm, Jaguars, and yoga.

I'll take it. : )

does this map surprise you? I think the upper left side of this map best describes Jacksonville.

I would love to know what "Brave Gays" means. Lol - love this map. As someone who is potentially moving to Jacksonville, I will add this to my onboarding package.
