Ours is piped in and metered at the house. TECO peoples gas is our supplier.

I'm not aware of any natural gas tank installations, but perhaps they are moving in that direction. A quick Google search finds this article. Natural Gas and Propane have different boiling points. Propane is delivered to your house in liquid form and "boils" in your tank, exhausting as gas to your appliances. Natural gas is "delivered" to your home via a pipeline in it's gaseous form.

Indeed, I was just giving you a hard time, I know how much you like that

I know someone in Durbin, they have propane for JUST their cooktop, so it's piped through the wall outside to a really big propane tank. If you use it for more than one appliance, it has to be buried in the yard.

I've always had stainless and whie its pretty when clean, with small children they rarely area. Huge pain in the neck to keep polished and horrible looking when full of fingerprints, etc.

The new stainless, on the other hand, is fabulous. Very few fingerprints and the kids can even hang some art!
