Hi,

Looking to get some feedback on a neighborhood called Amelia View. It is on the north side. Looks like it is well kept and has nice amenities.

Thank You!

I live here in Amelia View. It is well-kept and has a pool, playground, half-court basketball, volleyball court, boat ramp and dock, and parking for boats and RVs. The yards are bigger than in many other master-planned communities ... a lot more privacy.

Regarding the number of houses here, it's a smaller community than other master-planned communities, so its organized HOA activities might be fewer, but there are some planned events (ongoing bookclub and Mommy-and-Me gatherings, movie nights, holiday events for kids, families, adults).

We like it here very much. People are friendly, it's very dog friendly, and access to the airport is within 10-15 minutes as is shopping - Publix and Winn Dixie as well as all the big-box stores at River City Marketplace. There are plenty of restaurants including franchises and mom-n-pops.

I-95 and I-295 are easily accessible.

Best of all, getting to all these places does not include traffic woes and nightmares!

Thanks for the information. Since the neighborhood is that close to the airport, is the plane noise that noticeable as they take off or come in to land?

No, not at all! We're not in the direct flight path for arrivals nor departures. The only airplane noise we get is military on rare occasion.
