Ryland Home Builders
Does anyone have any input on the builder, Ryland Homes, in the St Augustine area?

we used ryland and had good results. I'd give them a B. We built in Sevilla/

We also had Ryland build our house in Sevilla and had good to great results. Any issues that came up were fixed right away.

Be cautious of the Chinese Drywall:
Developers identified as possible users of this drywall include Lennar, Aubuchon, Centerline, Engel, Meritage, Ryland, Standard Pacific, Taylor Morrison, and Tousa and WCI Communities.

I came across this mans story when researching CDW.
It's a Ryland home in Orlando.
It may give some insight on how Ryland may handle things when there are bad problems with a home they built.

We also built in with Ryland in Sevilla in St. Augustine. Still trying to find out if Ryland used the Chinese drywall. Has anyone heard?
