I have been living in Mandarin for 2 years and recently found out that I have to move because the landowner lost the house to foreclosure. For about 3 weeks now I have been searching for a home in the Arlington area so I can be closer to the college I attend--Jacksonville University. I had no idea it would be so difficult to find a place. Most of the houses aren't ready or way out of my price range. I am looking for a house between the range of $900-1000. I came across 4 so far, but 3 of them aren't ready and we have to move ASAP. The sheriff can come by anytime with a 24-hour eviction notice. We've posted on craig's list, but most of the homes in the range that we're looking for are on the westside. I wouldn't mind the westside except that is too freaking far. I was spending almost $100 a week on gas back and forth to school from Mandarin. Anyway, if anyone knows of a house or is looking for someone to rent their house please contact me.
