Yes, we do. We were not too impressed, and the tenants (they found very good ones, btw) thought they were a nuisance, so we stopped working with CBWW when the contract expired. They were very slow in responding to any maintenance issues and it often took weeks until things were fixed.

We deal with our tenants directly now and have no experience with other property management companies, so I can't say whether this was a CBWW staff problem or a general one.

Default Thank you 4 the reply

Thank you for the reply.

I want to rent a house they manage and my experience is, so far, the same. Can't even get them on the phone to talk. The house has been available for at least 4 months. It makes me wonder what they are telling the owners on why they are not renting it yet.

My search continues.

Just an idea- go to the property appraiser website and get the name and address of the property owner and contact them directly. Jax has a soft rental market right now and that is probably what they are telling the property owner.
