What can I do to help my case along to have the dead beat pay child support of over $15,000.00 2 years behind, live in the same city, married , had a baby, live in a $275,000.00 home. They moved 4-5 time in 2-3 years I need action to take place fast and the local child support office is so slow.

I feel 4 u!!! My x owes me over 78,000 $. I'ver been trying to get the state 2 help for 15 years! I was just up at Child Support Enforcement on Friday showing them the address that my x and his wife have, home and business! Last year was the 1st time his driver's license was suspended. This year was the 1st time they put a lein on his tax return. But, I'm not giving up. That ass will either be put in jail next or pay!

Florida "talks the talk" about going after dead beat dads, but Florida doesn't "walk the walk" ...at least that's been my experience. I'm so sorry.

unfortunately for mothers in this predicament there isn't much that can be done.
going after dead beat dads is not a top priority for law enforcement.
if the guy stays under the radar it is next to impossible to ever get anything from him. Most of the time when these guys do get picked up and they are in arrears for such a large sum they rarely have the funds at hand to make restitution and the jails are full of more violent types and judges are rarely going to toss the guy in jail for non support.
no matter what you do, you can't get blood from a stone. Good luck

I agree with that, too bad you can't make take parenting classes first. As for responsibility, it takes two to 'tango'

Hmmm. And the simple fact that per capita, more deadbeat moms owe than dads? And that the vast majority of owing parents simply have no means to pay whatsoever?

"Deadbeat dads" are a myth.

Child support is a corrupt industry that pays the states to force apart families.
