Default pirates wood yulee ????
Anyone know if the land in Pirates Wood Yulee is high & dry or is problematic?
Anyone familiar with the area, subdivision?

Default Pirates Wood Yulee
Most homes in the Pirates Wood subdivision are in flood zone X, (thats what you want) it is considered to not be in a flood zone. There are a few that are AE which would have mandatory flood insurance requirements. Very nice area and most homes are on 1/2 acre or more. Moderator cut: advertising
