Anyone know if the land in Pirates Wood Yulee is high & dry or is problematic?

Most homes in the Pirates Wood subdivision are in flood zone X, (thats what you want) it is considered to not be in a flood zone. There are a few that are AE which would have mandatory flood insurance requirements. Very nice area and most homes are on 1/2 acre or more. Moderator cut: advertising
