Post Very Affordable Elegant Caterer in Jax

Can anyone help with suggestions about caterers that are outstanding or top notch but not take you for everything you have. We are working on a small budget and are only looking for appitizers. I nned someone who knows what they are doing and have great reviews and feedback from clients. Please help me!!!!

Chardonnay's is very good. It is owned by the same people/person who has Metro Diner. They got off to a rocky start when it changed hands a year or so ago, but I heard jus last week that they were really good now.
