Year-round RV living is not something I'm familiar with, so I haven't paid any attention to my surroundings in that regard ... sorry! However, I found a list here ...
Year Round Rv Parks in Jacksonville, Florida with Reviews & Ratings - YP.com
But I know nothing about any of these parks - if they have year-round accommodations, etc. It also appears that some on the list are not true RV parks.

From what I understand Flamingo RV Park on the north side of Jax has year 'round RV living. A friend of mine has a friend who has lived out there for about 3 years now.

I saw that, and I do drive by there on I-95 frequently. From the highway it does look like some RVs are long-term, but I just couldn't find much info about that on the website ... talks about daily, weekly, monthly sites.

Flamingo Lake has a very active community. On the weekends they have live music, parties and such. Right beside the beltway with a Walmart just on the other side and about a mile from River City Market Place.
