I need info for 6620 Arlington expressway area, 32211 (Jacksonville: apartments, to rent)

I'm researching an area to move to in Jacksonville with my 8 & 10 yr.old daughter and Husband. I've read as much as possible on here and am thankful for the great information.
My 10 yr. old daughter needs to go to Depaul School on 6620 Arlington Expressway, zip 32211. I would need to drive her to and from school everyday, so I want my commute to be short as possible (10-20 min). Is it possible to find an area with a good school (for 8 yr. old) and still have that short commute, drop off time is 8:00-8:10am. We plan to rent for the first year if we do this move. I sub in schools and husband works from home. Thanks for any info.

To keep the commute that short, you'd probably want to stay as close as possible to your target area (32211).

I'm not sure if you're looking to rent a house or an apartment, but if it's a house, you might want to look towards Lone Star Road.

If you want to go a bit further out, but the commute would still be reasonable, look towards Fort Caroline Road and Monument Road. Monument Road will have some nice apartments to rent as well as houses. I think I'd rather live over this way even if it made the commute a bit longer.
