Red face Jax Beach?
How is living in Jax Beach like?
I have a brother looking in the area. He currently lives in Ft. Lauderdale, so I'm sure what he's paying now is more than he could pay for the same thing in Jax Beach.
Just in general, what's the cost of living like? The quality of living there? Crime? Nightlife? Etc.

I also know of Neptune and Ponte Verda, so info on these areas or any others in the area are welcomed.

Haha yeah, I can tell. One thing I guess I should mention is he isn't a big party guy. He doesn't fit in with the fast-paced Miami-like style that he's in the center of.
I'm not sure if that helps, just forgot to mention that.
