Hello,

We are a family of six with four school-age children moving to Jacksonville and would like to get your opinion on wether the San Jose neighborhood is a good fit for our family. We are NOT interested on info on schools. Husband's commute is not of concern. I need to make daily trips to downtown possibly morning and evening. We also need to be in San Marco a few times a week and daily trips to Bolles in the afternoon.

We've focused our home search on the San Jose area in order to find a home with at least four bedrooms and a pool under 250k.

Are we looking in the right area? Safety is our top priority and short commute is second.

Thanks for your help!

San Jose is good, although not sure you can get the house you want for that price. Possibly in the older sections.

I don't safety will be a concern.
