Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has an idea of how long the commute would be from Julington Creek to Fleming Island? Also, any ideas on the commute from JC to the Westside (specifically Old Kings Road)?

Thanks again!

travelingfood, you're correct. We just did a "dry run" from where San Jose and Marbon intersect to Eagle Harbor on Fleming Island. This was about 6 pm on a work day. It was about a 15-mile trip that took 30 minutes. Going north on San Jose through all the lights was easy (going against the commuter traffic), but congestion on the Buckman Bridge (I-295 north) was heavy, and then on Rt 17 South it was tough until Kingsley where the traffic somewhat thinned out a bit.

As for Old Kings Rd, depending on where, I'd make an educated guess that the commute would be twice as many miles, but equal on time since it's mostly highway travel.
