It's very catchy. I can see the t-shirts already . It's much better than our former title "The Murder Capital of Florida" - that one was way too long for a t-shirt.

I like that one! I have recently heard Jacksonkill as a nick-name

A fun site. I thought that's where you found the bullet holes.

Did we lose the OP?!
You guys are too funny!! There go our home values....oh well!
"Murderville" is the latest one I've heard the media using after Mayor Bloomberg was here from NYC. Some statistic research was done in anticipation of his arrival and.....uh......we were looking pretty bad in the reports, hence our newest title .
"Murder Capital of Florida" was a title we held, but we lost it in the last few years (I think Orlando might be wearing the crown right now if I'm not mistaken?). We're like 2nd or 3rd runner up now.....we're losers .
"Jacksonkill" is a new one for me and it's up there with "Murderville" as one of my faves right now .
Now who knew we had so many great graphic designers in our presence? I think we need to compile these in a presentation for the mayor!
(I hope no one is upset by our joking around....it's just some comic relief)
(and OP, we are kidding around, crime is an issue in Jax, but there are plenty of good areas to live in where it is not as much of a concern .)

I was concerned about the same thing before i moved here with my family. Now, 3 months later all I can say is it's all over exaggerated. Some are bad some are good. Jax actually have a lot of decent places. Just a bit of common sense and looking at a neighborhood, is it well kept, is trash everywhere. Trust me, you will know when you in a bad area, its like any other city.

A few less "Bad" people might free up the courts for regular folks who just have the need for a court sometimes. We sure don't need the country thinking we are full of crime!
