Default Jacksonville Beach-Sanctuary or Ocean Cay????

I am looking to move out to the beach. I've heard Ocean Cay is a good place to live, however the houses there seem much more expensive for the size based on The Sanctuary or Riptide. Any suggestions or reasons why? Also does anyone know a good realtor in Jacksonville Beach or where to get statistics on how many houses a Realtor sells annually?

Thanks!

You might try calling any real estate office out in Jax Beach and ask for their highest sales producer. Also, if you look in the weekend paper, many agents run ads about themselves. If you want to PM me, I can also give you some suggestions.
