Yes, there are .

I think there are some rentals right in Kendall Town itself (not sure if it's apartments or just condo rentals?). Across the street from Kendall Town there are some other apartments that are fairly new and someone posted here on the Jax forum not long ago saying they liked living there.

If you cross under 9A and continue east on Monument Road, you'll find plenty of other apartment rentals*.

*I don't recommend heading west though - west brings you towards the Regency Mall and the apartments are not as nice. Note where Kendall Town is and rent here or head east of here. As you head east on Monument Road, you'll find the area quiets down and becomes more residential (and safer).

Who are the internet providers of Kendall Town if any and if there are any what information would I give them to locate this area to determine Internet availability?

My guess would be Comcast, they wire in most of the new development in Duval county, but here's the contact info, you can email them or call them to confirm:
