Question Moving to River Bend in Arlington

I have read the reviews at apartment reviews and they were horrible reviews but when i went and checked it out the area was super clean the apartments were really nice the price wasn't bad at all and the size was huge. When i checked out the apartments with the best reviews Chalsea Courtyard or something it was a complete mess looked like the super ghetto trash everywhere and the lady kept blaming all the mishaps of EVERY apt we went into on maintenance people and the apts were small and even though "renovated" looked incredibly bad. Can someone give me the real down-low on River Bend and possibly suggest some apartment complexes with 2 bedrooms around the 700-900 rang that are actually nice clean safe and around 20-30 mins away from Shands Hospital? River Bend looked awesome thats where i am going to move if all is well there. Please let me know thanks!!!!

Default Live in Arlington?

I personally wouldn't live anywhere in Arlington. Many nice reasonable apts. in the southside area because the Univ. of N. Fl. (UNF) and FCCJ community college proximity. My sons rented a 2BR apt. off Hodges Blvd. at your price range. Good Luck!!

Thumbs down Do Not Move To River Bend!!

Stop while you're ahead! River Bend may seem very pleasant from at first, but once you become a resident, they completely change. The maintenance, is full of it, my stairs broke on my friend, who was visiting me, which by the way have been broken for at least several months now. The quality is not worth the monthly payment they hound you for. So if you want to be placed for quite some time, I would advise you to look elsewhere, instead there. Please don't waste your time and/or money...
