It was kind of a nice trip back in time to read these posts going back to 2008. What a difference 5 years makes huh? Nocatee is rolling full speed again, home sales are solid, values are going back up......looks like we're at the beginning of the next big bubble!

Wash, rinse, repeat, lol! (FYI - I am NOT complaining)

We are moving from South fla to Nocatee by 2015! The area is growing with a hospital going in soon! We have friends that are in Coastal Oaks and LOVE IT! It is certainly a place to live with kids! It seems to cater to the family life of the past! It seems remote for me as I am from NY but anything is better than South fla at this time! It has been an eye opener for sure!

There is a site marked with a sign for Baptist Health, but it has been that way for years. I haven't heard any plans of them starting construction.

Baptist Health is going to be opening a pediatrics office at the town center. That building is under construction.

Every month you don't move is costing you around $5k in new construction price hikes.
