you could find one in the avenues mall or you'll need to go to JAX beach, aqua east on atlantic blvd in neptune beach is one of the larger ones with a good selection

"Extremely Board" is a surf and skate shop in Julington Creek. It is located on SR13, just south of the Publix by Race Track Rd & SR13, behind Brucci's.

i dont know about the closest but Sunrise Surf Shop on beach blvd right near jax beach has a great selection of boogieboards (bodyboards). my only advice is dont get your kid a real cheap one, you will definitely get what you pay for.
