Kendall - new construction (old sand dunes?) (houses, live)

I asked this question about a year ago before I brought my house and lost my screen name. I figured I would follow up now that I live here and still have no clue what is being built lol

I belive it is the old Sand dunes near Kendall and Lone Star road. You can see the area has been cleared and work daily from the Southside connector.

Does anyone know what they are building? I am guessing houses/apts and shopping but not sure of anything. Once I heard a small town center

I haven't heard anything more since then....did you try searching your old posts? Try an advanced search under your old name, if you remember it. The information was fresher then, and I remember posting something.

Other may have heard recent news that I didn't though, so let's see if anyone else can post that news here?
