Default Request feedback on San Pablo Elem. & Seabreeze

Would love some feedback on San Pablo Elem and Seabreeze Elem for my kindergarten age child with IEP who would be receiving speech and OT on a pull out basis. Lived in Jax 20 yrs. and taught here too, but have been away 4 yrs. Liked Atlantic Beach Elem, but my daughter has asthma and I have sensitivities to mold and mildew, seemed to be some there when I visited. Also quite a bit in Ocean Palms (both of us had attacks after visiting there) and have told me the same of Ocean Palms and Landrum Middle by other parents. PV/PV/Rawlings, has some, although roof is being redone--walls are not. PV/PV also seems to be very concentrated on higher achievers. Haven't visited Seabreeze since the 1980's, San Pablo seems to be very down to earth and staff dedicated to their profession. Looking for a school near the beaches since we know people there. Very important that the school is one with a staff passionate about teaching children with delays (not severe) and principal is approachable, available and children's needs the main concern--not a politician or brown-noser for school board. Taught long enough to see both and have had experiences with my child with both types (in both public and private schools). Would like school to be in friendly, family oriented area to live (district)-- nice kids. Thanks for any and all info -- good and bad, pros and cons.
