Let's send our recommendations to Harajuka via Direct Message (DM)

Harajuka,

In this tough market, I'm sure many are curious, what do you think went wrong?

Did you end up with a realtor who did not market your property aggressively enough? Or was it more a matter of too much competing new construction in Bartram Park?

This is definitely a tough market..

What I think went wrong is, a combination of things.. We initially had our condo priced too high, and thus no nibbles. We have it lowered now to where were at market price or lower.. Another reason I think is we went with assist2sell and I don't think our realtor was aggressive enough.. She has never done any open houses, etc.. which might or might not help.

And last, yes there are lots of new constructions in Bartram Park, but there are resale's still selling in the neighborhood so there is definitely still some hope..

Makes sense . It sounds like you do need a full-service realtor to freshen up the listing and stir up some interest. Hopefully you get lots of recommendations here and find the right fit for you .
