Property management company recommendation (rent, townhome, subdivision)

Looking for a good company to manage 100 unit townhome community. We are an established community in a great area and would like a responsive, professional company.

I would ask other townhome communites who they use and how they like them.
You can also ask the folks living in other communites if they like their property managment company.
When they finished building our subdivision and the Assocation was turned over to us one of the first things we did was "oust" the property managment company the builder had used. They never answered homeowners calls or concerns.
The one question you want to ask is if the property manager is independant or with a company and how many communites they manage. A few property managers just rent space in the office of the managment company. I would want to make sure that that person had the time and support to do the job needed.
