Default need of a good dentist

Hello,
I need a good dentist. I had also posted last year and got reference for 'Harbor Dental' but they work only Monday-Thursday and that doesn't work for me.
I did go to Flor Hirezi on Baymeadows Rd. last year and will never ever go there again. Not a good experience.

I have heard mixed reviews of Sami Bahri.

I am looking for any good recommendations.

Thanks
amy_sk

The Village Dentist is the only one I'm familiar with and so far I've been pleased with their services. Always wise to choose a dentist with hours that suit you. Depending on where you live this office may or may not work for you.

The Village Dentist - Nick Tawil, DDS, PA (http://www.tawildds.com/about/index.html - broken link)

We have a regular member who is a dentist (SmileDoc), maybe you can DM him and see if he does the type of work you need, and if not, maybe he knows someone else who can? Just a thought.

I travel for salons and doctors! I didn't live near his office but Dr. John Verville ((904) 284-9911) in Green Cove Springs is absolutely fabulous! He came recommended to me by a dear friend when we were in the Navy.

Amy_sk you have a message in your in box! And Cricketfan I work right across the parking lot from Dr. Tawil. Stop in anytime to see my office. I am Channel 4's local dental expert(will be up on their website later this month) and one of Jacksonville Magazine's "Top Cosmetic Dentists". Anyone else looking for a dentist just let me know. Riveree, thanks for the plug.

I have gone to Dr. Witten downtown on Adams Street for more than 15 years. He is a GREAT dentist and his staff is awesome! His office is open early at 7:00AM so I can go before work and not need to take a vacation day, and his staff people have worked with me a couple of times to appeal to my insurance company to cover some things that they initially said they would not cover. I 100% recommend him.

Dr. Levin near Baymeadows and Philips is the best dentist I have ever had and his staff is wonderful and experienced, as well.

Can anyone recommend a dentist by the beaches? Also, what are the main dental insurance carriers down here? Up in NY, my dentist had a tv for me to watch while they worked on my teeth. Does that happen here?

My dentist down here didn't even have a sink for me to spit out my spit! They just sucked it out with the tube thing. I thought that was a little bit odd and they don't even call you to remind you of your appointment. Is this a regional thing or a dentist thing? Thanks!
