I lived all over the north and would not prefer anywhere else here in JAx. Dont move near moncrief . Unless it is a house on a main street. The further north the better. Alot of or trouble moved to arlington and other parts of the south. I worked in Arlington for years cz alot of people i grew up with live over there and patron my business. Then the north is real. It depends onyou getting the right neighbors and being a good one.

Pretty Much. The only place I would consider would be west of New Kings Rd. What are you looking for in particualr? What took you to that street and area?

Sadly crime is rather spread out around Jacksonville. Generally the Beaches area and a few other areas(gated communities, higher end communities, 200k+ housing neighborhoods) tend to be where the good areas are.
