Crime is when opportunity and desire come together. We need to get criminal minds back into a productive mindset. This means putting people out of work with idle time, back to work with jobs.

My goodness, rascism. I worked in the courts for 11 years. Most perps and crime areas are centered by the demographics which means...lots of white people, lots of white perpatrators. Lots of latinos, lots of latino perpatrators. Lots of blacks, you know the rest....crime is everywhere. In the very mixed area of Scottsdale, Arizona, EXTREMELY rich...it's white perps who sell drugs and run brothels for the rich and famous. Who would think it? Crime is everywhere.
