Default Good Relo Realtor?
We live several states away and are looking for recommendations for a good relocation realtor who can really give me a lot of info about the area, and most importantly most knowledgeable about the area preschools and private schools as well.

How old are your kids? Mine was 6 years old. I found visiting the schools and interviewing the principal was most useful. We almost put her in Annunciation (Spelling?) in Middleburg but I was happy with Thunderbolt Elementary in Fleming Island.

Do you have any idea what part of town you want to live in or where you will work? Jacksonville is so spread out that realtors have a tendency to know their particular area very well, and not others as well.
