What neighborhoods would you recommend for a guy who's 26 and outgoing? Thanks!

To live: Beaches, Riverside, San Marco.

To hang out: All the above plus Downtown.

But where you'll be working will influence which area is better for you to live commute-wise.

I'm your age and I would actually suggest the beaches area..Riverside/San Marco are cool but an artsy crown with older homes and a bit more expensive. Also, any neighborhoods like Wolf Creek (close to beaches) and The Reserve at St. James Island(Southside) have a similar demographic. Many "younger" condo communities have weekly social hours and events. Good luck!
