have fun. naturally having a husband in aviation and two boys they LOVE airshows. however living in hawaii has been kind of scarce with airshows. we've only had two in the time I've been here. I always enjoy them as well.

They're pretty impressive when they fly over
. They're moving so fast and going back and forth over the river, you can see them from either side...it's pretty cool.

My FIL was with the Blue Angels for 5+ years in the late 80s early 90s. He was not a pilot but was one of the support crew. I've never seen the Blues but I have seen the USAF Thunderbirds over our house in Hawai`i.

My husband said we're invited to watch from a co-worker's house on the river, so I guess we'll watch from there. I've only seen them when I run outside of my house and look up.

Is there a reason why they are not having it at JAX Beach this year or do the two locations switch on and off every year? Just curious....
