Cell Phone HELP
HI...moving to the area and want to know what cell phone provider is most widely used for Jacksonville.
If anyone lives in Saint Johns County off of 210 I'd love to hear if you get good service there with your provider.
Thank you!

I have Verizon which I carried over from the DC Area. It works well - especially at the beach.
Many of my friends have AT and T.

Verizon here
We had T-Mobile and AT&T but I couldn't get service in certain buildings that I spend a lot of time in. (not to mention certain areas of our home)
Also there is a drop spot on the top of the Buckman Bridge with AT&T

I have Sprint and so does my family in St. Aug. Been with Sprint for years with no complaints.
We've had Verizon in the past and it worked really well. If I was going to switch from Sprint, I'd go to Verizon.

AT&T- and I've tried to leave them twice in the past four years because their customer service stinks. But for overall coverage, they seem to be the best IMO.

Thanks so much everyone!
We currently have Sprint and it has served us well in WA, VA, CA & DC.
Aah....the many decisions that have to be made when one moves!

Well, no matter who you chose, remember you can go online and compare coverage maps for all major carriers to make sure where you plan to work and live are covered.
