Default Lot in Flagler Estates - St. Johns County
I've been offered a lot in Flagler Estates for $6,000.00. Moderator cut: edit: removed address Is this a good price for the area? I looked online and see other lots going for $18,000.00 in the same subdivision.

I've heard some are not buildable/flooding issues. I would be very informed/aware before making decisions!
