Kool & PcPilot (or anyone else) - would you both please DM me with the name/phone number of your recommended handyman/company. I need a few minor repairs taken care of early next week in my sons' apartment and prefer to spend my time shopping and NOT spackling/painting (although I will if I have to). I have zero tolerence for no-shows or if unreliable, incompetant or has sub-standard workmanship. Thank you very much for your help!
