Can anyone comment on zip 32219? Bad area? (Jacksonville: to rent, crime)

Hi my wife, 2 year old and I are looking to rent a home in 32219 zip code, community is called waterbrook falls, it's located on lancashire dr. and it's in close proximity to garden st.

Is this area ok to rent? How's crime???

That area is going to be on the "edge" of development. That's the one corner of town that hasn't sprawled out very far yet.

I presume it's mostly rural without crime issues. However, be aware that Northwest Jacksonville closer to town is THE worst area in Jacksonville without question. Consequently, you'll have to drive long distances along 295 in order to find reasonable shopping/services.
