Best of luck.

I'm not specifically a "fairtax" proponent, however, I like it a lot better than the current system.

Default Forget Fairtax ... END THE FED!!!

the federal reserve is a private bank owned by corporations and individual evil people like the Rothschilds that are enslaving us in a new feudal system.

If we knew the truth about this, there's actually no reason for ANY federal income tax.

Forget Fairtax issue - it's a smokescreen. The federal income tax was created as collateral for this illegal, unconstitutional PRIVATE banking system. The whole tax is illegal - why should we pay any of it?

Want to WAKE UP FROM YOUR SLUMBER? Google the documentary: From Freedom to Fascism.

Conservatives: don't be fooled by the title, it's not some wacked out left-wing propaganda film like Al Gore or that fat loser from detroit.

UPDATE: The time for the Rally has been changed to start at 12:30pm (music starts at Noon), with speakers starting at 1:30.

Additional speakers include:

Congressman John Linder (GA), co-author of the FairTax book and author of HR-25 (the FairTax Bill).

John Oxendine (GA candidate for Governer)

Also the Grassroots Freedom Riders will be there with the FairTax bike. They will be pre-selling Raffle Tickets for the new $40k FairTax bike under construction with a build date of early May. (Raffle tickets are $20 each with only 5000 to be sold).

Many Tea Party people will attend (they are joining our ranks in droves), including the State and local Tea Party organizers.

FairTax Groups throughout the state will have booths and tables with FairTax gear and information.

Join us, have fun and learn what the FairTax is all about and why 175,000 more people have signed up to support it so far this month.

The rally is free. Just sign up at FairTax.org. Over 2000 people have signed up so far and the numbers are rolling as more people find out.

See you there!

The FairTax is not a smoke screen - the current "sky is falling" tactic of rushing bills thru congresss is! FairTax is Tax Reform, a way to collect the same amount of tax needed to fund the Federal Government. It's a consumption tax that replaces all Income Tax and repeals the 16th amendment - the Income Tax which is illegal except in times of war (which is why we always have some kinda war going on somewhere). Everyone takes home their whole paycheck and receives a pre-bate check every month to offset the consumption taxes they pay up to the currrent poverty levels therefore untaxing the poor. The 23% hidden Federal Taxes that are included in every single item you buy no longer apply so the cost of every item is virtually the same and you take home your whole paycheck plus get a check from the government every month. When corporations are untaxed they will come home to the USA and we'll have more jobs that they can fill. We will be the only country in the world with zero corporate income tax so not only will our companies come back but others will start moving here too. Our economy will booooom! All those drug dealers and pimps and etc will now pay the same as the rest of us. No more loopholes, no more Tax Forms, no more confiscation of income. April 15th will just be another beautiful spring day!

Questions? Sure. We all had them when we first found out about the FairTax. We all asked them. We asked the hard questions. We were all satisfied. It's not perfect but 120 page tax code beats the heck out of 167,000 pages that no one can understand but the lobbyiists who will have to find other jobs!

Qwerty2009: You say there is no reason for any income tax. We agree and the FairTax eliminates it, just like you want. Apparently you are looking the gift horse in the mouth in this case. I suggest you come to the rally and learn (it's simple and easy enough for even for the intellectually challenged to understand). We won't even make you read. Yes, we have videos. I'd like to sign you up personally.

Come learn, ask your questions and have a fun free afternoon.

Go check ou the Zeitgeist movie. Skip the religion and all major wars are started by the government parts, and you will see what he is talking about. It shows how an international bank is running everything thing and how the income tax was placed on us all illegally. It does make you wonder, ofcourse the addendum to the film shows a utopian paridise setup on a resource based system that totally abolishes money and all forms of currency. It kind of gets cooky(er) at that point. As it tries to answer the question of what would motivate people to be productive in that society by stating that "if you paint a picture out or joy and give it to some one that that feeling of satisfaction will be greater that any monetary gain"..... weird I know.

Anywho thats why he rejects the fairtax. He sees no need for money therefore what the flip would we need a tax law for?

I however back the fairtax idea 100%. I see this issue as a "matter of time" thing and not a maybe.

Wow. Hadn't been here in awhile. I've been working my tail off with this organization others. The Rally was great success with more than 4000 attending! Yeah, I know income tax is illegal (you're preaching to the choir) but...the FairTax will fund the government for now until the Revolution takes place. Unless you are out of touch with what is going on in this country you know it's coming....It'll give the govt a big kick in the guts - let them know we are there and by God, we mean business. It's a step in the direction we need to go to turn things around. It will take a huge bite out of their power, the power to tax us illegally. I challenge qwerty2009 to come up with a better plan to take a bigger or better step in the right direction without leading to total anarchy.

FairTax has been studied to death by the most respected Economists at the most respected Universities and many, many others. All, yes all, agree it will work. So let's do it!

Was the standard of living of the average American better prior to the income tax? I think not.

Social Security and other programs funded by income tax have improved the quantity and quality of life of the average American.
