I would add Providence homes to the + list. Great builder to work with IMHO. Couldn't be happier. Also Sid Higgenbotham is absolutely on the first list as well.

I currently have a David Weekley home and the experience has been VERY good; I've had it since 2003. We've had your typical issues (two leaks in the roof) when we first moved in but they were out within 24 hours to solve the issue. Any issue that we had, they would listen and fix it almost immediately. When everything is said and done, that's what it's all about.
