Realtor recommendations for Macclenny area
We are moving to the Macclenny area from DC. We arent too familiar with the Macclenny or Jacksonville area at all, so if someone could post here or PM me some trusted realtor recommendations for there, I would GREATLY appreciate it. Also, any other insight on Macclenny you have would be welcomed. Thanks!!

I have a friend that is a Realtor that I trust. I am not sure if he is familiar with Mcclenny I will ask him when I see him later this morning. If he is not I will ask him if he knows of someone good he can personally recommend.

Macclenny is in Baker County. Your best bet might be finding an agency in Orange Park (Clay county) and asking if any of their realtors work the Baker county area.

.....They are many agents who live in MacClenny. Some work for offices in MacClenny and some in Orange Park. I think the important thing is getting an agent who lives in the area. Being a small town, they know everyone and every house that goes on the market. I think that is a great help when they have knowledge of every house. This is something you do not see in big towns. A great plus for the smaller towns, the buyers and sellers. If you ever need a good agent in that area, let me know...I have worked with a few there. I would be more than glad to share with you. |
