Smile local

The reason you want local honey is because the trees that are likely affecting you are local ans the bees ideally would need to collect pollen from those trees for it to work. Yet pollen traveling can travel miles and miles to make us miserable. I'm currently suffering right now (it's a side effect from returning back after a year in Iraq) Anyone have any ideas where to get it in the Jacksonville Beach area? also has any tried this remedy with success?

there should be a list available on your State beekeeping site. The closer to you the better.

being that nancythereader has decided that I was inappropriate in offering my local honey, please dm me if you are still interested. And thank you to the many many people that have bought in the past day. It amazed me how many people were interested! I only posted my honey because of this particular thread. Someone was looking for local honey and I have some. I was only trying to be nice and only had 1 case of surplus. I wasn't trying to sell the farm! I usually have people on waiting list trying to get this and this is real local raw honey. I don't make much when i sell it for $4 a jar. I barely cover my cost and it is my childrens project. They use the money to buy more bees, bottles, equip etc. Someday you may not have any honey bees around nancythereader and then where would you be? It is hobby backyard beekeepers that are helping the ecosystem! Maybe READ a book about bees and colony collapse disorder nancy the READER!

I've seen a sign for someone calling himself "Bee Pa" (as in "Bee Pa's Honey") on Lem Turner Road, between Terrel and Lannie roads. It's on the right as you're heading towards Callahan.

Never bought any myself, but have been tempted to stop many a time. Just never got around to it.

I've bought gallons of honey from this establishment. I don't think he is still alive.

George Waldoch is alive and well. His number is (904) 268-5823 or (904) 268-9399. He has great honey at reasonable prices!

There is a small produce shop in Hurst Plaza on San Jose near Beauclair that sells this type of honey. I had never heard of it until I went there.
