Pool caretaker while away? (St. Augustine: apartment complexes, renting, home)

We'll be renting out our home for the next year & need someone reliable that can come in about twice a month & make sure our small pool is taken care of, as we cant rely on the tenants to do it properly.

Basically just check the levels, add some salt if needed (its a salt pool, low maintenance), empty out the pump skimmer, brush it maybe once a month, etc. Pretty basic stuff that would take all of about 10 minutes per visit.

Anyone have recommendations on a company or service that would do that & not wanna charge us an arm & leg for this light work?? Thanks.

Call Northeast Florida Chemical. Corp. 904-636-0903 or e-mail Northeastflor287@bellsouth.net. I have been with them since 1990. They do it all. Right now I have 2 pools they put the chemicals in every week for 52.00 per month for each pool. Just give them a call and tell them what you need. If you decide to go with them, tell them Larry Scott recommended their service.

Vp- do they do commercial pools? Not to derail the tread, but I am looking for companies in Fernandina and south St. Augustine.

HIF Just give them a call and ask. I am not for sure. I do think the service tech mentioned apartment complexes at one time. They also will service pool equipment.
