I recently went to Jacksonville and fell in love with Pablo Bay (off of San Pablo Rd.) Do any of you have an idea of how much the homeowner's association fees are per year? How is the neighborhood? Any inputs are welcome, thanks!

Pablo Bay is a pretty new Subdivision they started building in 2001.
It is a really nice neighborhood, It is right down the street from Mayo Clinic.
I don't know what the HOA fees are but they are showing the number for the HOA as (904) 821-9090

We've lived in Pablo Bay since it opened in 2002. The homeowners fees are $650 per year which is very inexpensive.

Pablo Bay is very pretty, can you tell me what the amenities are? Do you have a pool and such?

Pablo Bay has a jr. olympic pool, cabana, tennis and basketball courts, a splash ground for children, a park, walking trails and open fields for children to play. We really like the location because it's very convient to JTB and beach blvd, the beaches, ponte vedra and southside.

Thanks SteveP! I remember the home styles from when I drove through there last - love some of those courtyard-style ones - but I couldn't remember what the amenities were.

The courtyard home was one of the biggest sellers in Pablo Bay - we were one of the 1st ones to have this model built for us. I think Pablo Bay will continue to be in demand since it's just down the street from Mayo and Mayo's adding it's new hospital which will increase the number of people working in the immediate area (and looking for homes).
