Default Utilities, gardening, housekeeping in Jacksonville Beach

Anyone have an estimate for utlitiies (gas, electric, water. trash) (NOT cable or phone) for a 2,000 square foot house in Jacksonville Beach.

What about gardening: the front and back yards are substantial but not huge--I would say 40 x 60 each with some bushes/trees.

What about housekeeping? I was thinking of having someone just once a month.

Thanks so much for your estimates.

Please someone--at least a quick ball park on the utilities?

I'm guessing there's been no reply because ballpark estimates can vary widely from place to place here on the First Coast, even within specific communities and neighborhoods. Additionally, the costs depend on personal usage - we're all different. For example, my electric bill can run anywhere between $77 and $300. My water bill can be quite different than another homeowner's in my zip code because we irrigate with reclaimed water which is cheap and perhaps the other doesn't.

I'm not being very helpful am I! But if I were to tell you $300/month for electricity; $250/quarter for water; $0 for gas; $150/year for trash collection for a 3000 sq ft house with lousy insulation in the bonus room would NOT be giving you useful nor meaningful information.

Maisy
We have 2100 sq ft house on the Southside and our ele bill through JEA runs anywhere from $150 to $250 (at summers peak we keep the A/C set at 78 )
Including water.
Our water portion is only around $40 but we have a separate well for the irrigation system.

The average price per "mow" can be anywhere between $35 to $40

As for having someone come in once a month this also can range depending on if you have a company or an individual.
My neighbor pays $75 for the lady that cleans her house every other week.
Again this will depend on what you want done once a month.
