While a good Realtor has always been important, IMO, it's critical in these crazy times. I met Eric Boyd and his family through our CD meetup pizza group. I was impressed before I met him with his posts here on CD. He knows a lot about the area and I can tell that he does his homework. I also know a Realtor who knows the westside very well that is very good.
